A bill to amend title 28 of the US code to provide that petite juries in the US district courts shall consist of six jurors, except in trials for capital offense.

Provides that petit juries in United States district courts shall consist of six jurors, except in trials for capital offenses where the petit juries shall consist of twelve jurors. (Adds 28 U.S.C. 1875)
