Provides, under Title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) that specified persons, who have entered into a legally defective marriage to an insured individual and have lived with such individual as his husband or wife for at least 10 years, shall be treated, for benefit purposes, as if such marriage had been legally valid.
