Prohibits the use of polygraph tests as a requirement for employment by executive departments and persons engaged in interstate commerce. Provides that whoever willfully violates or willfully attempts to violate any of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
