A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to construct necessary drainage works for the Vernal Unit of the Central Utah Project and the Emery County Project, participating projects, Colorado River Storage Project.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct such drainage works for the Vernal Unit of the Central Utah project and the Emergy County project as he deems are necessary for the sustained crop production on the irrigable lands of such projects.
