Fair Labor Standards Amendments - Provides a cost-of-living index increase for specified enterprise and establishment exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Expands the definition of "enterprise engaged in commerce or in the production of goods for commerce" to include, beginning on the effective date of this Act, an enterprise or a gasoline service establishment whose annual dollar volume of sales made or business done is not less than the amount (exclusive of excise taxes at the retail level which are separately stated) determined by the Secretary of Labor under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
