Provides, under the International Claims Settlement Act of 1949, for the determination of claims of American nationals settled by the United States-Hungarian Claims Agreement of March 6, 1973.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to cover into the Hungarian Claims Fund, such sums as may be paid to the United States by the Government of Hungary, and to deduct the sum of $125,000 from the Hungarian Claims Fund and cover such amount into the Treasury to the credit of miscellaneous receipts in satisfaction of the claim of the United States.
