A bill to establish the Alpine Lakes National Recreation Area, including within it the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area in the State of Washington.

Provides for the establishment of the Alpine Lakes National Recreation Area, including within it the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area, in the State of Washington. States that the administration, protection, and development of the area shall be by the Secretary of Agriculture. Prescribes the rules governing the acquisition of property and the authorities of the Secretary.

Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for the acquisition of land and interests in land and such sums as may be necessary for the study of and/or development of recreation facilities pursuant to this Act.
