A bill to provide for additional Federal financial participation in expenses incurred in providing benefits to Indians, Aleuts, native Hawaiians, and other aboriginal persons, under certain State public assistance programs established pursuant to the Social Security Act.

Provides, under the Social Security Act, for additional Federal payments to States on account of specified public assistance expenditures with respect to Indians, Aleuts, Eskimos, native Hawaiians, or other aboriginal persons.

Authorizes to be appropriated, for each fiscal year, such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
