A bill to release certain restrictions imposed by Federal law upon the transfer and use of assets of the North Dakota Rural Rehabilitation Corporation.

Provides that, notwithstanding any provisions of Federal law or any agreements between North Dakota and the United States, the North Dakota Rural Rehabilitation Corporation may transfer, use, and dispose of its assets as the laws of North Dakota may specify.
