A bill to authorize certain revenues from leases on the Outer Continental Shelf to be made available to coastal and other States.

Provides, under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, that specified revenues from leases on the Outer Continental Shelf shall be made available to the States on the following basis: (1) 50 percent to the State adjacent to the Outer Continental Shelf; (2) 25 percent, in equal amounts, to each State other than the adjacent State; and (3) 25 percent to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States and credited to miscellaneous receipts.
