A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase to $3,000 the annual amount which individuals may earn without suffering deductions from benefits on account of excess earning.

Increases, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, to $3,000 the amount of outside earnings permitted each year without deductions from benefits thereunder.
