A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for travel and transportation expenses on the return of an employee who was a past resident of certain areas outside the Continental United States from a post of duty in the Continental United States.

Authorizes a Federal agency to pay, from its appropriations, travel and transportation expenses on the return of an employee who was a past resident of specified areas outside the continental United States from a post of duty in the continental United States. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 5722 (a) (2))
