A bill relating to acquiring of certain narcotics by force, violence, or intimidation.

Provides that whoever, by force and violence, or by intimidation, takes or attempts to take, from the person or presence of another, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any quantity of a narcotic controlled substance set forth in a schedule of controlled substances under the Controlled Substances Act and belonging to, or in the care, custody, control, management, or posession of, any pharmacist, shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Provides that whoever takes and carries away, with intent to steal or purloin, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any quantity of a narcotic controlled substance belonging to, or in the care, custody, control, management, or possession of, any pharmacists, shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
