A bill to amend the act entitled "An act to establish a contiguous fishery zone beyond the territorial sea of the United States", approved October 14, 1966, to require that the method of straight baselines shall be employed for the purpose of determining the boundaries of such fishery zone.

Requires that the method of straight baselines shall be employed for the purposes of determining the boundaries of a contiguous fishery zone beyond the territorial sea of the United States.

Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. (Amends 16 U.S.C. 1092W)
