A bill to amend Public Law 90-335 (82 Stat. 174) relating to the purchase, sale, and exchange of certain lands on the Spokane Indian Reservation.

Provides that lands acquired for the Spokane Indian Tribe, Washington, and held in trust by the United States shall be nontaxable.

Removes value limitations on lands acquired by the Spokane Tribe. (Amends 25 U.S.C. 487(c))
