A bill to authorize the head of an executive department, a military department an agency or an independent establishment in the executive branch to allow certain uses of Government vehicles at isolated installations.

Authorizes the use of Government-owned or Government-leased motor vehicles (other than aircraft or motor boats) in Alaska and other isolated locations, where safe and practical means of transportation are not available, by United States Government officers, employees, and their dependents.
