A bill to authorize appropriations to the Atomic Energy Commission in accordance with section 261 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Authorizes appropriations to the Atomic Energy Commission for nuclear materials, atomic weapons, reactor development, physical research, biomedical and environmental research, general plant purposes, construction planning and design, and capital equipment. Sets limits on allowable expenditures if estimated costs of a project exceed the currently estimated costs of such project.
