A bill to exempt certain state owned passenger vessels from the requirement of paying for overtime services of customs officers and employees.

Exempts State-owned passenger vessels which carry the automobiles of passengers and which arrive in the United States on regular schedules from the requirement of paying for overtime services of customs officers and employees under the Tariff Act of 1930. (Amends 19 U.S.C. 1451)
