Authorizes to be appropriated to the Department of State such sums as may be necessary to enable the United States to contribute its share of the expenses of the International Commission of Control and Supervision as provided in article 14 of the protocol concerning the said Commission to the Agreement on Ending the War and Restoring Peace in Vietnam.
