A bill to amend sections 403 and 1002 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, relating to tariff changes and suspensions.

Requires 45 days notice before any change may be made in the tariff of air carriers by the Civil Aeronautics Board.

Requires the Board to make public its decision on whether to suspend a tariff at least 15 days before its effective date in the case of tariffs for interstate or overseas air transportation.
