Establishes an office of American Arts and Handicrafts within the Department of Commerce to assist the Secretary in carrying out his responsibilities under this Act.
Outlines the functions of such office and authorizes the Secretary in cooperation with the Interagency Craft Committee to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
