A bill to authorize reduced fares on the airlines on a space available basis for individuals 21 years of age or younger or 65 years of age or older.

Authorizes, under the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, reduced fares on the airlines on a space-available basis for individuals twenty-one years of age or younger or sixty-five years of age or older.
