States that Federal employees who are separated from the service voluntarily, during a period when the agency in which he is employed is undergoing a major reduction in force, as determined by the Civil Service Commission and who is serving in such geographic areas as may be designated by the Commission after completing 25 years of service or after becoming 50 years of age and completing 20 years of service is entitled to a reduced annuity. Provides that former county committee employees employed in the Federal government shall be entitled to credit for service rendered as a county committee employee for retention right purposes.
