A bill to authorize the establishment of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in the State of Georgia.

Authorizes the extablishment of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in the State of Georgia. Authorizes to be appropriated no more than $40,000,000 for the acquisition of lands, waters, and interests therein for the establishment of the recreation area, and not more than $22,000,000 for the development of the recreation area.
