Increases benefits provided to American civilian internees in Southeast Asia to $150 for each calendar month. Amends 50 App U.S.C. 2004(i)(3)
Gives a first priority to the payment in full of the remaining individual awards for property losses arising out of World War II to a maximum of $250,000 per award, and gives a second priority to the payment of the remaining corporate awards for similar losses.
