A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code to establish independent boards to review the discharges and dismissals of servicemen who served during the Vietnam era.

Establishes a number of discharge review boards to be known as Vietnam Era Discharge Review Boards which shall review the discharges and dismissed of Vietnam Era Serviceman.

Directs the Secretary of Defense to establish the number of such boards, and to determine their location and when they shall convene.

Outlines the membership and responsibilities of such boards in regard to less than honorable discharges of servicemen.
