A bill to provide for the extension of the Developmental Disabilities Services and Facilities Construction Act.
Development Disabilities Amendments - Makes appropriation authorizations for the Development Disabilities Services and Facilities construction Act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, and for each of next two fiscal years. Provides for the minimum allotment of funds under such Act for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Guam.
Removes the present requirement of Federal approval of each construction project under such Act.
