A bill to clarify and extend the provision of title IV of the Rural Development Act of 1972.

Authorizes to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of title IV of the Rural Development Act, $7,000,000 for each of three consecutive fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year for which funds are first appropriated and obligated by the Secretary of Agriculture carrying out this title.

Substitutes the words "fire" and "fires" for the words "wildfire" and "wildfires" wherever such words appear in the title.
