Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain a replacement dam for the existing American Falls Dam of the Upper Snake River Basin project, Idaho.
Authorizes to be appropriated $29,000,000 for the replacement dam, and such sums as are required for operation and maintenance of the project.
