A bill to create a Senate Tax Reform Commission.

Establishes within the Senate a Tax Reform Commission to provide a thorough, nonpartisan and objective tax reform.

Provides that the Commission shall be composed of 12 members: 10 selected by the Senate Finance Committee (5 by the majority party and 5 by the minority party); 1 appointed by the majority leader of the Senate; and 1 appointed by the minority leader of the Senate.

Authorizes the Commission to hold hearings and gives it powers to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Authorizes necessary appropriations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
