Permits, under the Labor Management Relations Act, employer contributions to jointly administered trust funds established by labor organizations to defray costs of legal services.
Bars the use of such funds in suits against contributing employers, except in workmen's compensation cases, suits against participating labor organizations, and in any suit against any employer or labor organization where the matter in question arises under the National Labor-Relations Act or the Labor-Management Relations Act.
