A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Navy to provide shoreside facilities for the education and convenience of visitors to the United States Ship Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to provide shoreside facilities for the education and convenisnce of visitors to the United States Ship Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. Authorizes to be appropriated $4,000,000 for the planning and construction of such facilities and such sums of money as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
