A bill to amend the law authorizing the President to extend certain privileges to representatives of member states on the Council of the Organization of American States.

Authorizes the President to extend diplomatic privileges presently enjoyed by envoys accredited to the United States to representatives of member states on the Council of the Organization of American States.
