A bill to amend the act of October 15, 1966 (80 Stat. 915), as amended, establishing a program for the preservation of additional historic properties throughout the Nation.
Authorizes to be appropriated not more than $15,600,000 in fiscal year 1974, $20,000,000 in fiscal year 1975, and $24,400,000 in fiscal year 1976 to carry out the provisions of the program for the preservation of additional historic properties throughout the Nation. Authorizes appropriations for the International Center for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property. Stipulates that the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation shall continue in existence until December 31, 1985. Amends 16 U.S.C. 470h, 470i
