S. 117 — A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the US to accord to the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands the same tariff treatment as is provided for insular possessions of the US.

Summary

Provides, under the Tariff Schedules of the United States, that the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands shall be accorded the same tariff treatment as is provided for insular possessions of the United States.

Exempts from the provisions of this Act fishery products processed or landed in the trust territory under conditions which would preclude such landing in U.S. ports.
