A bill to authorize a study of the feasibility and desirability of establishing a Channel Islands National Park in the State of California.

Authorizes a study by the Secretary of the Interior of the feasibily and desirability of establishing a Channel Islands National Park in the State of California. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
