States that upon the adoption of this resolution the bill H.R. 8245, to amend Reorganizaton Plan Numbered 2 of 1973, with the Senate amendments thereto be, and the same is hereby, taken from the Speaker's table to the end that the Senate amendments be, and the same hereby are, agreed to.
