States that the further expenses of the investigations and studies to be conducted pursuant to H. Res. 185, 93rd Congress by the Committee on Armed Services, acting as a whole or by subcommittee, not to exceed $150,000, including expenditures: (1) for the employment of investigators, attorneys, and clerical, stenographic, and other assistants; (2) for the procurement of services of individual consultants or organizations thereof; and (3) for specialized training of committee staff personnel performing professional and nonclerical functions; shall be paid out of the contingent fund of the House of Representatives.
States that not to exceed $9,000 of the total amount provided by this resolution may be used to procure the temporary or intermittent services of individual consultants or organizations thereof, and not to exceed $2,000 of such amount may be used to provide for specialized training.
