A resolution amending the bill H.R. 8449.

Provides that the bill H.R. 8449, together with the Senate amendment thereto, be taken from the Speaker's table to the end that the Senate amendment be agreed to with an amendment as follows:

"Strike out Title III of the Senate amendment in the nature of a substitute."

Provides that immediately upon the adoption of this resolution the bill H.R. 8449, together with the Senate amendment be taken from the Speaker's table to the end that the Senate amendment be, and the same is hereby, agreed to with an amendment as follows: "strike out Title III of the Senate amendment in the nature of a substitute.
