Resolution to amend the House rules regarding the making of points of no quorum, consideration of certain Senate amendments in conference agreements or reported in conference disagreement, request for recorded votes and expeditious conduct of quorum calls in Committee of the Whole, deferred putting of the question on suspension motions, and elimination of joint sponsorship of bills, memorials, and resolutions.
