Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives with respect to procedure for confirmation of a nominee for the Vice Presidency.

Provides that upon receipt of a nomination to fill a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the House of Representatives shall refer it to the Committee on the Judiciary, which shall without undue delay report a resolution regarding the Amendment.

States that the time limit for general debate on the Resolution shall be limited to not more than eight hours.
