Resolution to request the resignation of the President of the United States.

Expresses the judgement of the House of Representatives that President Richard Nixon should resign from office. States that prior to resignation the President should send to the House of Representatives a candidate other than Gerald Ford to be considered as a nominee to suceed him as President upon confirmation by both the House and the Senate.
