States that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report on the bill (S. 1081) to amend section 28 of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920. Provides that it shall also be in order for a separate vote to be had upon demand on those individual parts of the Senate amendments now contained in the conference report and numbered as section 404, relating to Senate confirmation of the Director of the Energy Policy Office; section 405, relating to Senate confirmation of the head of the Mining Enforcement and Safety Administration; subsections (a) through (g) of section 408, relating to the enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission; and subsection (h) of section 408, relating to information for independent regulatory agencies.
