Resolution to create a Select Committee to consider an impeachment resolution against the President of the United States, and for other purposes.

Creates a select committee to consider an impeachment resolution against the President of the United States. Authorizes to be appropriated out of the contingency fund of the House such funds as may be required by the select committee to carry out the purposes of this resolution.

Grants the select committee subpena power.

Directs the select committee to report to the House the results of its investigation, including an impeachment resolution together with any recommendations, no longer than 30 days after the adoption of this resolution.
