Declares it to be the sense of the House of Representatives that the President, acting in accordance with the announced policy of the United States Government to maintain Israel's deterrent strength, and under existing authority, should continue to transfer to Israel aircraft and other military equipment needed by Israel to repel the Arab attack.
Provides that the House of Representatives urges the President of the United States, in cooperation with other interested governments, to give highest priority to ending hostilities and restoring peace in the Middle East through negotiated settlement by the parties involved.
