Resolution directing the Committee on the Judiciary to conduct an investigation into certain charges against the Vice President of the United States.

Directs the Committee on the Judiciary to conduct a full and complete investigation of the charges of impeachable offenses alleged to have been committed by Spiro T. Agnew.

Requires the Committee on the Judiciary to report to the House the results of the investigation conducted pursuant to this resolution, together with any recommendations the committee deems appropriate, no later than forty-five days after the date of the adoption of this resolution.
