Creates a select committee composed of nine Members of the House of Representatives to conduct a full and complete investigation and study of the possible involvement of the Central Intelligence Agency, any other executive agency, and any corporation incorporated in any State of the United States: (1) in the overthrow of the Government of Chile under President Salvidor Allende in September 1973, and (2) in the death of President Allende.
Requires the committee to report to the House as soon as practicable during the present Congress the results of its investigation and study, together with such recommendations as it deems advisable.
