A resolution to insure that a majority of House conferees have supported the final position of the House.

Requires a majority of the House members of a conference committee to have supported the measure in the House and to have concurred in the prevailing House opinion on matters of disagreement with the Senate. Gives the Speaker of the House the responsibility to insure that such conferees have supported the position of the House.
