Resolution providing that clause 5 of rule I of the Rules of the House of Representatives be amended.

Provides for the taking of a count by voice vote or recorded vote when that request is supported by at least one-fifth of a quorum of the House of Representatives (presently one-fifth of a quorum). (Amends clause 5 of rule I of the Rules of the House of Representatives)
