A resolution amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit the election of a Member of the House as chairman of any standing committee if he has attained the age of 65 years.

Provides, under rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives, that a Member who has attained the age of sixty-five years prior to the commencement of a Congress shall not be eligible for election by the House as chairman of any standing committee.
